PSA Academy

Behind Saint Mary’s by Wennie Huang PSA

The PSA Academy is a new education program providing artists the opportunity to study and be mentored by an artist instructor for an extended period of time. Virtual access has allowed us to come together worldwide to share an in-depth art experience.

The time couldn’t be more perfect for allowing ourselves to dig deeper. The PSA Academy isn’t merely offering another how-to class. Instead, this is a chance to explore different perspectives, methods, possibilities, and hone your skills with guidance. Working closely over a period of six weeks with an instructor will give artists the luxury of time to gain new inspiration and tools and apply them to their own personal style.

The classes will meet virtually on Zoom, once a week. Assignments, homework, handouts, critiques, and videos may be used by the instructor to enhance the curriculum. Each instructor will guide the class according to her/his own design and method, which is available in the instructor’s class description.

PSA hopes you will take advantage of this opportunity to work with our award-winning instructors. Each has a mastery of the pastel medium and much to share with fellow artists.
