Critiques
The Pastel Society of America is one of the few art organizations that offers a critique service.
For many years award-winning PSA members have provided in-depth critiques of slides submitted by non-members who mainly want to know why they have been turned down for PSA membership. For a small fee, artists receive evaluation of their drawing, color, values, technique, and composition as well as information on how they might improve. Pertinent reading matter is suggested as well.
